How should I choose an item?

Each Owala listing shows the currently offered size, capacity, color, material or style. Compare the images and selected options for bottles, tumblers, bags, pet bowls, cleaning items and replacement parts before adding a product to the cart.

How long does delivery take?

Normal processing takes 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Estimated transit then takes 4–6 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Checkout shows destination availability and charges; see the Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery help.

What if I need a return or exchange?

Eligible defective and non-defective new goods may be returned, and exchanges are accepted, when requested within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective goods must be unused and in original condition. Approved returns are mailed with the free prepaid label included in the package, with no restocking fee. An approved original-method refund is processed or initiated within 10 days, while bank posting may take longer. Read the Refund Policy or use Contact Us.
