Before a parcel leaves

After payment authorization succeeds, we normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. This handling period is separate from carrier travel. At checkout, review the destination, apartment or unit, postal code, available service and shipping charge before authorizing payment.

Travel and tracking

Once dispatched, the estimated transit period is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from these business-day estimates, and a carrier estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking may take a short time to record its first movement.

Delivery assistance

For a delayed or lost shipment, a delivered scan with no parcel, or damage in transit, email dominiccojos1712@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking reference. Keep damaged packaging and send useful photographs so the delivery issue can be reviewed without limiting rights that applicable law preserves.
